Bio: Owner and Personal Trainer of Prajna Fitness (www.prajnafitness.com) offering In home Personal Training in the Northern Virginia area. NASM certified personal trainer and RYT-200 yoga instructor, my philosophy is based on the importance of the mind body connection. I have always led a very active lifestyle growing up in Salt Lake City, UT hiking, camping, mtn. biking and studying ballet for the majority of my early to teenage years. After working for many years in the corporate world, trying to "find myself" I realized I want to help others live a healthy life and become the best and most fit that they can be. The purpose of my blog is to provide information regarding strength training, nutrition, yoga, meditation and day to day living in the real world for my current clients and for the general public. Living healthy is a lifestyle not a quick fix, I will hopefully provide the tools to get you on track to begin your journey for a healthy lifestyle.
