No More Excuses!!

If I had a dollar for every time I had a client or friend say I just can’t lose the weight, I run 4-6 miles every day but then they are always  ‘cheating’ on their diet it cancels out all that hard work you just did!.  Or always finding an excuse of why you can’t workout.  If you put all that time and energy from thinking about WORKING OUT to doing it! Another excuse is that personal training is too expensive.  I want you to sit down and add up the money you spend at Starbucks or at happy hour, those little nicknacks you really don’t need.  Don’t go to Starbucks as often, restrain yourself, set up a budget.
